This blog is dying

I figure it'll take a couple of weeks to roll out the remainder of A Half Life Of One.

When that happens this blog too will come to an end.

In the time left to me I'll try and take an in-depth look at the processes involved in writing the book; I'll look at the history of the book before it appeared on the net; I'll let you see just how successful or otherwise my efforts to attract readers in cyberspace have been.

In other words I'll examine as objectively as I can the mistakes I've made and the lessons I've learned.

I hope this blog will become my legacy to my fellow aspiring writers as it drifts forever around the blogosphere, a lump of uninhabited space debris, rarely visited.

You can help to make the legacy worthwhile by leaving comments whenever you visit.

You're on to something here. Give as much detail as possible, and see that the Grumpy Old Bookman looks in. He'll want to. Come to think of it, tell the other major book bloggers too. I bet they'll be interested.

The more that aspiring novelists know about their chances (next to nil if they don't have connections), the better.

I look forward to the rest of the novel, and to the promised information on its life (if that's the way to put it).

Well, you'd better bloody not stop writing this blog. That's all I'm saying.
Actually I'll contradict myself and just say that you've got a knack for comedy - this is the funniest blog I've ever read. And I should know. I've read three.
